In this audio edition of the TV Time Machine, we welcome Professor Robert J. Thompson. Professor Thompson is trustee professor of television and popular culture at Syracuse University, and is the founding director of the Bleier Center for television and popular culture.

Over the next audio segment, Professor Thompson talks about television’s past, present and future, the impact of changing technology, and whether or not this current generation of student, even knows who Archie Bunker is.
