In this edition of our program, we are proud to welcome Josh Mills, the son of singer and TV star Edie Adams. From 1962-1964, Ms. Adams created, produced and starred in the ground-breaking variety show Here’s Edie after the death of her husband, TV legend Ernie Kovacs, and is probably best known as the commercial spokeswoman for Muriel Cigars.
In these audio segments, Josh Mills will tell the surprising and compelling story behind this brilliant and innovative TV series, which is now available on the DVD, Here’s Edie, The Edie Adams Television Collection.
