The Famous Chicken Plays What's My Line? To Honor The Opening Of Petco Park On TV Time Machine (Continued)

For the Famous Mystery Guest segment (where the panel is blindfolded) Ted Giannoulas (The Famous San Diego Chicken) appeared in studio and in full costume complete with Chicken Tuxedo, representing the great city of San Diego.

All panelists wore formal attire (tuxedos for the men, evening dress for the women). The object of the game was for the distinguished panel to guess the occupations of the contestants, and in the case of the famous mystery guest, his or her identity. The contestant wins the game if he or she successfully receives a total of ten "no" answers. The studio was dressed with the traditional What's My Line? props, including sign-in board, flip cards, and name plates identifying the participants.

Although originally a TV show, What's My Line? is perfectly suited for radio, having had a very successful run in the early 1950's on the CBS Radio Network, airing concurrent programs on both radio and television.

The game show and its participants offered a unique angle concerning the opening of Petco Park. Additonally, food and wine was provided for the media, and invited guests.
